93pak Platform Usage Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 93pak ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), accessible at https://93pak.cam. 93pak is an English-language informational and educational website targeting Pakistani users interested in online sports betting, live casino, responsible gambling and related topics.

These Terms govern all access to and use of the 93pak website, its content, its materials and any associated pages or services. By accessing this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the website.

• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions related to the Platform;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if we determine that your use violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform, its users, or third parties.

93pak makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all Content published on the Platform is accurate, current and written in good faith. However, we provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of any Content for any purpose.

Platform terms offered by third-party operators change frequently. Bonus structures, wagering requirements, payment options, game catalogues, RTP figures and other platform-specific data referenced on 93pak are subject to change at any time and without prior notice to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content of the Platform for your personal, non-commercial informational use only. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its Content;
• Any collection or use of product listings, descriptions or prices;
• Any derivative use of the Platform or its Content;
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of a third party;
• Any use of data mining, robots, scrapers or similar data gathering tools.

Third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on 93pak (including payment provider names) remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this Platform does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or commercial relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 93pak and its operators, directors, employees, agents and content contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform;
• Any decisions to register with, deposit funds into or wager on a third-party gambling operator based on information published on the Platform;
• Financial losses incurred through gambling activities, whether or not such activities were informed by 93pak Content;

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Your use of the 93pak Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect personal information in connection with your use of the Platform.

93pak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page. In certain circumstances, we may also provide more prominent notice of changes.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform.

93pak reserves the right to terminate, suspend or restrict your access to the Platform, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, third parties or 93pak;
• Conduct that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Any technical or operational requirements of the Platform.

Upon termination of your access, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including Sections 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability) and 15 (Governing Law).

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 93pak makes no representation that the Platform or its Content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. The application of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other relevant Pakistani legislation to online gambling activities is a matter of applicable law and individual legal interpretation. 93pak does not provide legal advice on this matter.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
